As something new this year, we are looking into having a brochure/programme available to visitors and possibly also availabe before the Bike Meet itself at agreed outlets.

The idea of the brochure would be to let visitors know what's happening on the day and where, so it'd have a layout plan and programme of events.

It would also serve to let various companies and organisations advertise themselves within the brochure. And this in turn would generate another source of income for Erskine as those wanting an advert would pay for it, depending on the advert size. IE 1/4, 1/2 and full page.

The brochure would be A5 in size, full colour.

All funds raised through the brochure would go to Erskine: Erskine has it's own print company - Erskine Print therefore no monies would go to third parties.

There have already been some other ideas put forward for the brochure - an FAQ on Erskine itself, a history of Erskine page and the services Erskine provides.
